Plastic cover insert and carpet flange.
3-Service floor box cover with duplex flap, two 1/2" diameter low-voltage knockouts and matching carpet flange. Each low-voltage knockout can accommodate up to (1) 25 pair cable or (1) TJ8 telephone jack. (see below)
